Tabs

All data accompanying the basic record data (author, title, publication data, etc.) are divided under tabs.

Item Status - information about the copies available in libraries, indicating their exact location and status: is the item checked out, in processing, lost, etc. In the call number (CALL #) column you may also find the Open Shelves Guide icon Open Shelves Guide. By clicking on the button VAATA KÕIKI EKSEMPLARE

you can see the full list of copies in the item status tab. In this view it is possible to sort the copies by location, call number, status or notes by clicking on the header of the column. There are also drop-down menus to filter the results by location and status and the search option. An empty tab (e.g under the record of an online publication) is not displayed.

Latest Recieved - information on the acquisition of the publication's issues by the library. You can also see whether any issue has failed to reach the library. The table contains one cell for each issue of the publication. The top row of the cell displays the publication date, the middle row diplays its date of arrival in the library and the bottom row displays the volume and issue of the publication.

Full Record - all additional data, e.g standard number, number of pages, notes, subject terms, other authors, etc., accompanying the basic record data of the publication. The Full Record also enables to see the QR code. The QR code enables quick and convenient transfer of information to your smart device (e.g you can read online publications in your smartphone). Your device will display the item information: author, title and permanent link to record. We advise you to view the QR code with the latest browser versions.

MARC Display - full record data in MARC21 format (important mostly for library specialists).

Additional Information - possibility to rate items and add comments. Under this tab you can also read comments written by others.
