Innovative Users Group (IUG)
Innovative Users Group has been created as the community of users of the library system by Innovative Interfaces to exchange experience. For the users of this system, a conference is organised each year in different parts of the United States. The conferences offer discussions, workshops and hakathons, introduce new products and developments, and enable libraries to share their experience.
The Idea Labis open all the year round for ideas for developing the system. Voting among all users of the library system created by Innovative identifies the ideas which the majority consider worth to be developed further. Representatives of ELNET member libraries have attended IUG conferences since 1998, immediately after the library system by Innovative was taken into use in Estonia.
